If you've hit a milestone but the reward hasn't shown up, tracking is usually the cause.
Common reasons rewards don't track:
- Tracking permissions weren't enabled when you installed or played the game.
- The game was previously played on another platform.
- The game was installed before you accessed it through CashCow.
- The required level or milestone wasn't fully completed.
- The app was closed before the milestone registered.
Before contacting support, check that:
- You downloaded the game directly through the CashCow app.
- Tracking permissions are enabled on your device.
- You've fully completed the level (not just started it).
- You're already on the next level.
- It's been at least 24 hours since you completed the milestone.
If tracking was definitely enabled
Our team will need a screen recording showing your game progress and account details. Here's what to record:
- Open the CashCow app and go to your Profile (tap your profile picture, top right).
- Go to Settings and make sure your CashCow ID is visible.
- Return to the home screen and tap My games.
- Find the affected game and tap Continue earning.
- Scroll to show both locked and completed milestones, then tap Keep earning.
- Let the game load so your current level is clearly visible.
