If you’ve completed a game milestone but haven’t received your reward, this is usually related to tracking. Below is how tracking works, common reasons rewards may not appear, and what to do next.
Common Reasons Rewards Don’t Track
Rewards may fail to appear if:
- Tracking permissions were not enabled when you installed or played the game.
- The game was previously played on another play-to-earn (P2E) platform.
- The game was installed before accessing it through CashCow.
- The required milestone or level was not fully completed.
- The app was closed or interrupted before the milestone registered.
- Unfortunately, if an event was not successfully tracked, we’re unable to issue rewards for it.
Important Things to Check First
- Before contacting support, please make sure that:
- You accessed and installed the game directly from the CashCow app.
- Tracking permissions are enabled on your device.
- You have fully completed a level (not just started it).
- You are already on the next level after completing the required milestone.
- You’ve waited up to 24 hours, as rewards can sometimes be delayed.
If after 24 hours your reward still hasn’t appeared and you’re certain tracking was enabled, you can reach out to our support team.
What to Do If You’re Certain Tracking Was Enabled
To help our technical team investigate, we’ll need a screen recording showing your game progress and account details.
How to Record Your Screen (CashCow App)
Open the CashCow app
Tap your profile picture (top right)
Tap Settings
Copy or display your CashCow ID (make sure it’s visible)
Return to the Home page
Tap My Games
Scroll to the affected game and tap Continue Earning
Scroll to show both locked and completed milestones. Once done, Tap Keep Earning
You’ll be redirected to the Play Store, tap Play
Let the game launch. Once loaded, ensure your current level is clearly visible

You can use Loom to record your screen.
How to Use Loom on Mobile
Download Loom from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Open the app and sign in using Google, Apple, or email. Once you’ve logged in, click on ‘start a recording’
Allow Loom access to:
Screen recording (required)
Microphone (optional)
Camera (optional)
Go to screen as highlighted below, tap Record Screen
Click Start Broadcast then head over to CashCow app.
Follow the CashCow steps listed above
Stop the recording when done
Loom will automatically upload the video and generate a link
Copy the link and send it to us via chat or email
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your screen recording, our support team will forward it to the technical team for further investigation. This helps us confirm whether the activity was tracked correctly and determine next steps.
