To ensure your offers and steps are tracked correctly and that you receive your rewards, please follow these guidelines:
1. Allow tracking permissions
When you launch an app or game for the first time, make sure to allow tracking. Tracking permissions enable offers to send the necessary data from your device to the offer provider.
On both Android, you’ll see a pop-up asking for permission to track your activity.
Tap “Allow” when prompted.
If you deny tracking permissions, the offer provider won’t be able to record your progress, and you won’t receive your rewards.
2. Avoid reinstalling previously used apps or games
If you’ve installed an app or game before, even outside CashCow, the offer provider already has your tracking information. This means reinstalling it won’t trigger new tracking, and your progress won’t be recorded, resulting in no rewards.
To avoid untracked offers, always choose new apps or games you haven’t previously installed.
