First off - we’re sorry to see you go.
That said, here’s how you can delete your account.
- Go to your ‘Profile’, found in the left sidebar.
- In the bottom right corner under Settings, you’ll see a big red ‘Delete Account’ button.
- Once you click on it, a pop-up window will, well, pop up, asking you to confirm your decision (just to be 100% sure).
- Upon confirmation, your account will be deleted.
Will all of my personal information be deleted?
No. When you close an account, your data is not automatically removed from CashCow. To have it deleted, you can request data deletion by contacting our support team. Please include the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' and your CashCow user ID, and we'll process your request within 30 days.
