If you asked to reset your password and the email hasn't arrived, here's what to check.
Check spam and filtered folders
Reset emails arrive almost instantly from the cashcow.com domain. If you don't see one in your inbox within a minute or two, check spam and promotions folders, plus any custom filters or rules that might be sorting it elsewhere.
Make sure you signed up with email, not Google
If your account was created using Sign in with Google, there is no CashCow password to reset. Sign in by tapping the Google option on the login screen instead.
The reverse also applies: if your account was created with an email and password, the Google sign-in option won't work for that account.
