Most tracking problems are avoidable. Here's what to watch out for:
- Use Google Chrome. Most tracking issues happen on other browsers. Chrome is recommended wherever possible.
- Enable ad tracking. On Android: Settings > Google > Ads > turn on Ad personalisation. Without this, we can't track your progress.
- Accept all cookies. Tap 'Accept all cookies' when you see the banner on CashCow.
- Finish tasks on time. Most offers have a 30-day window. Check the time remaining on each offer's page.
- Stick to one device. Use the same phone or tablet for the entire offer. Switching devices mid-offer causes tracking to break.
- Turn off your VPN. VPNs aren't allowed on CashCow. Turn off any VPN before starting an offer including iCloud Private Relay (Settings > iCloud > Private Relay > off).
- Disable ad blockers. Turn off any ad-blocking browser extensions, and check that your security software isn't blocking ads by default.
- Don't repeat offers across sites. If you've done an offer on CashCow, you can't do it again elsewhere and vice versa. Each offer is tracked to your install, which is unique.
- Play game offers in sequence. Don't skip levels or complete tasks out of order. Doing so can break tracking and may get your account flagged.
