In-app chat (fastest)
The quickest way to get help. Open the CashCow app, tap your profile picture in the top right, then tap Help or Support to start a chat. Our team is available 7 days a week.
Send us an email at support@cashcow.com.
Email is best for detailed issues like appeal requests, technical problems with offer tracking, or anything that needs screenshots or screen recordings attached.
What to include in your message
The more detail you share upfront, the faster we can help:
- Your CashCow user ID (find it in Profile > General info).
- The name of the offer or game, if your question is about a specific one.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Any screenshots or screen recordings that show the issue.
Specific requests
- Data deletion: email us with 'Data deletion request' in the subject line and include your user ID.
- Leaderboard ranking issue: contact us through the in-app chat.
Response times
We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. During busy periods, it may take a little longer. In-app chat is typically faster.
