Game progress is tracked and linked to the original device you used to start the game. If you switch devices, your previous progress can't be transferred or restored even if you use the same account login.
This applies even if:
- Your old device was stolen or damaged.
- You've upgraded to a new phone.
- You're logged into the same CashCow account.
What to do if you get a new device:
- Start new games on the new device don't try to continue old ones.
- Make sure tracking permissions are enabled before you begin.
- Treat each new device as a fresh start for game offers.
