Phone numbers and email addresses cannot be changed on CashCow once an account has been created. This policy is in place for security reasons, as restricting changes helps prevent unauthorized access or fraudulent activity, such as attempts to take control of an account or claim its rewards.
Please ensure that:
- The phone number you sign up with is correct, active, and able to receive verification codes required for withdrawals.
- The email address used during signup is one you have long-term access to.
Without access to the registered phone number, withdrawals cannot be completed. Also, without access to the registered email address, redemption links cannot be received elsewhere.
