Verification codes are usually delivered within a minute. If yours hasn't arrived, work through the steps below in order before contacting support.
First, check the basics
- Confirm the phone number or email on your account is the one you're expecting the code on. You can check this from Profile > Settings.
- Look in your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the email.
- Make sure your phone has signal for SMS.
- Wait a couple of minutes before requesting another code.
If a code still doesn't arrive
Try the resend option once. If that doesn't work either:
- For SMS, restart your phone and try once more from a stable connection.
- For email, check whether you can receive any email at that address (send yourself a test from another inbox).
- Make sure you're using the most recent code. Earlier codes expire as soon as a new one is requested.
If your registered phone number is no longer working
Contact support to update the number. You'll need to verify your identity first. Include your account email and any recent activity you can describe (for example, last game played or approximate last withdrawal amount).
A note on verification during cash out
Cash-out verification uses the same delivery system as login verification. The steps above apply. If you've cleared all of them and still can't complete cash-out verification, contact support with your account email, your withdrawal ID if you have one, and a screenshot of any error messages.
