No. Gift cards are region-locked they can only be used in the country you selected when you redeemed them.
For example, an Amazon.com gift card can't be used on Amazon.de or Amazon.co.uk. Each regional Amazon site runs its own gift card system.
Always redeem gift cards that are valid in your country of residence.
