When you tap Cash out, your request goes into a quick review. Most pass straight through and you get an email with your redemption link. A small number get a closer look from our team. A few ask you to confirm it's you with a quick verification step.

If it's been more than 48 hours
If your cashout is still pending after 48 hours and you haven't heard from us, send us a message. Include the date and amount of the cashout and the payout method you used. That helps us look it up faster.
