Every withdrawal needs to be claimed after we approve it. Here's how it works:
- Submit your withdrawal request in the app.
- We review and approve it usually within 24 hours, up to 72 hours during busy periods.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to claim your funds.
- Follow the link and choose your payout method.
You have 30 days to claim from the moment we send the email. After 30 days, the funds are returned to us and your CashCow balance is restored.
