'Paid' means your cashout was approved and a redemption email has already been sent to your CashCow account email. Open that email and follow the steps to transfer the funds to your chosen wallet (PayPal, virtual Visa, or another supported method).
If you can't find the redemption email in your inbox, check spam, promotions, and any filtered folders before contacting CashCow support.
In rare cases the payout vendor declines the redemption on their end. We don't receive the specific reason from them, so support won't be able to share more details, but they can help you try an alternative payout method.
If you've already tried the steps above and still need help with the redemption itself, you can contact the payout provider directly. PayPal payouts are handled by Tremendous; all other payout methods (virtual Visa, gift cards, etc.) are handled by Branded Currency Rewards (BCR).
