You installed a game through CashCow but it's not showing in your profile. Most install-tracking issues come down to one of a few things.
Check these first:
- You installed through the CashCow link, not through the Play Store directly.
- Tracking permissions are enabled on your device.
- You haven't installed this game before, on this device or another rewards platform.
- You opened the game and completed at least one task after installing.
- Give it up to 24 hours. Tracking sometimes takes time to register on the offerwall side.
If it's been 24 hours and the game still isn't showing
Contact our support team. Include the game name, roughly when you installed it, and your CashCow user ID.
A note on previous installs
If you've installed this game before, on any device or any rewards platform, your install is already registered with the game partner. CashCow can only track new installs through our link. This isn't something CashCow is able to fix, and reinstalling the game won't help.
To avoid this in future, only pick offers for games you've never downloaded before.
