Recording on Android
Most Android devices have a built-in screen recorder. Swipe down from the top of your screen to open the quick settings panel and look for Screen Recorder. If you don't see it, check your device settings under Display or Utilities.
Once recording, follow these steps:
- Open the CashCow app.
- Tap the profile picture icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Settings and make sure your CashCow user ID is clearly visible.
- Return to the Home page.
- Tap My Games.
- Scroll to the affected game and tap Continue Earning.
- On the game page, scroll to show both locked and completed milestones.
- Tap Keep Earning.
- Once the game loads, make sure your current level is clearly visible on screen.
Stop the recording when done. Your device will save it to your gallery.
If your device doesn't have a built-in screen recorder
Download Loom from the Play Store.
- Open Loom and sign in or create a free account.
- Tap Record.
- Select Screen Recording.
- Follow the steps above from step 1.
- When done, tap Stop in your notification bar.
Loom will generate a shareable link. Paste that link into your reply to the support team.
Troubleshooting
If the recording is rejected or flagged as unclear, the most common causes are:
- The CashCow user ID was not visible during the recording.
- The in-game level or milestone progress was cut off.
- The recording was too short to show the full context.
Re-record following the steps above and make sure each item is clearly visible before stopping.
