Most rewards arrive within minutes. Some take longer because they pass through the offerwall and the game partner before reaching CashCow. Up to 24 hours is normal.
What to check while you wait
- Open the offer in your profile and check the status shows as Pending.
- Confirm you completed the milestone fully, not just started it.
- Check you haven't switched devices since installing the game.
- Make sure tracking permissions are still enabled on your device.
If it's been more than 24 hours
Contact our support team. Include your CashCow user ID, the offer or game name, and the milestone you completed. Our team may ask for a short screen recording showing your in-game progress, which helps the technical team trace the missing event quickly.
