If a game that used to be in your list isn't showing anymore, here are the usual reasons and what to try.
Why it can happen
- The offer ended. Game studios sometimes ask us to pull their offer from the network. When that happens, the game stops appearing in the lineup.
- You finished it. If you completed all milestones, the offer moves out of your active list. Check the My Games tab for installed games, and check Wallet > Transaction History to confirm the rewards landed.
- A temporary outage. Occasionally something on our side hides games briefly. Refreshing or signing out and back in usually brings them back once the issue clears.
What to try first
- Pull down on the offers screen to refresh.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Check My Games to confirm the game is still installed under your account.
- Check Wallet > Transaction History to see if any rewards already credited for that game.
If you had pending progress
If the game disappeared while you still had milestones to complete, and the cause was a problem on our side rather than a studio pull or your own completion, partial compensation may be available. Share the game name and what milestones you'd reached, and our team can review.
