You'll get an email with a link, and you'll be prompted in the app to get started. Follow it and you'll be walked through the steps on a secure verification platform. The whole thing takes a few minutes.
You'll need:
- A valid government-issued ID, such as passport, driving licence, or national ID card.
- A device with a working camera.
When you're ready:
- Follow the link in your email or the in-app prompt.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
- Make sure all four corners of your ID are visible and in focus.
- Take the photo somewhere well-lit with no glare, no shadows.
