Why am I being asked to verify?
It's a standard security step, nothing to worry about. We run it to make sure the person behind the account is you, protecting your earnings and keeping CashCow fair for everyone. It doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Who is Verisoul?
We've partnered with Verisoul, a trusted identity verification platform, to keep your account secureThey handle the process securely and your data is fully encrypted throughout. CashCow doesn't store your ID documents directly.

What do I need to provide?
Two things:
- A photo of a valid government-issued ID, such as passport, driving licence, or national ID card.
- A selfie, so Verisoul can confirm the ID belongs to you.
We recommend using a mobile device as the camera quality tends to give the best results. Make sure your ID is in good lighting, fully in frame, and all four corners are visible.
How long does it take?
A few minutes, as long as you have your ID to hand. Once approved, you'll get a notification in your CashCow account confirming it's done.
What if I don't verify?
Under our Terms of Service, we may need to restrict access to your account or your earnings if verification isn't completed.
