Don't worry, most rejections are easy to fix. The most common reasons are:
- The image was blurry or too dark.
- Not all four corners of the ID were visible.
- The wrong document type was used, we need a passport, driving licence, or national ID card.
Wait at least an hour before trying again. This gives the system time to reset. When you retry, find good light, hold steady, and double-check your ID is fully in frame.
If a second attempt still doesn't go through, contact our support team, with a short video or screenshot of the error you're seeing. That helps us look into it properly and get things moving for you.
