If you've waited more than 24 hours and a milestone reward still hasn't appeared, confirm what happened and send our team the information they need to investigate.
First, double-check the basics
- You launched the game through the CashCow app, not directly from the Play Store.
- Tracking permissions are enabled on your device.
- You completed the milestone fully.
- You're now on the next level in the game.
- You haven't switched devices since installing the game.
What to send support
A screen recording is the fastest way for our technical team to confirm the milestone and trace why it didn't credit. Include both of these in the recording:
- Your CashCow user ID, visible from Profile > Settings.
- Your in-game progress, showing the completed milestone and your current level.
