Sometimes the app will ask you to verify your phone number even if you're not cashing out. It's a quick step that helps keep your account secure.
We save your number to your profile and only use it to keep your account secure.
What happens
- The app shows a screen asking you to confirm your phone number.
- We text you a 6-digit code.
- You enter the code to confirm it's you.
The whole thing takes less than a minute.
Why now?
A small number of accounts get a routine check from time to time. Phone verification is one of the lighter checks we ask for. Confirming the number on file means we can reach you if something needs your attention.
What if I don't do it?
Some checks let you put it off and come back later. Others ask you to finish before you can keep playing. Either way, your balance and your progress are safe.
If you decline a check entirely, the app may pause some features (like cashout) until you complete it.
I'm not getting the code
- Confirm your phone has signal.
- Wait a few seconds and tap Resend if you don't see it after a minute.
- Don't tap Resend repeatedly. That can throttle delivery.
- Check the number on the screen is right. If the wrong number is on file, see "How do I change my phone number?".
I lost access to my number
If you can't receive SMS at the number on file, see "How can I cash out if my phone is broken or I can't access my registered number?". A SIM replacement from your carrier is usually the fastest fix.
If you've permanently lost the number, send us a message with your account email and we'll help you sort it out.
