A cashout can come back as rejected for a few reasons. Most are quick to sort out.
Common reasons
- Account verification isn't complete. The in-app verification flow needs to finish before payouts can clear.
- The payment method has an issue. Most often this is a PayPal email that's invalid, mismatched, or no longer accessible.
- A security check decided not to clear it. Sometimes a closer look ends in a no-go. We can't always share the specific reason.
How to find what happened on your cashout
The clearest signal is what you see in the app and in the email we sent. The cashout details show the payout method and the amount. The email tells you the status.
If we asked you to verify your ID or take a quick selfie and the check didn't pass after a couple of tries, the cashout will come back as rejected. That's the most common reason a cashout is rejected after submission.
What to do next
- Verification incomplete. Finish the verification steps in the app, then try a new cashout.
- Security check didn't clear it. Your balance is safe. You can still play and earn. If you think this was a mistake, send us a message and we'll get a teammate to take another look.
