In most cases, withdrawals are free. However certain payment methods may be subject to fees depending on the provider processing your payout. We currently use two payout providers and the fees vary depending on which one processes your withdrawal and which payment method you select.
Branded Currency Solutions (BCS)
If your withdrawal is processed through BCS, the following fees apply:
- Gift card: no fee
- Zelle: $0.50 + 2% per transaction
- Push to card: $0.50 + 2% per transaction
Payouts
If your withdrawal is processed through Payouts, the following fees apply:
- PayPal: $0.60
How to avoid fees
If you would prefer to withdraw without any fees, selecting a gift card option where available will allow you to do so at no additional cost.
