If you tap Cash out and see a "Cashout couldn't be sent" or "Try again" message, your balance is safe. The cashout didn't submit, so nothing was deducted.
What just happened
Sometimes a cashout doesn't make it through on the first tap. The most common reasons are:
- A patchy connection at the moment you tapped.
- A short hiccup on our end.
- Something about the request didn't validate cleanly.
This isn't a security check. The cashout never started. Your balance is exactly where it was before you tapped.
What to try next
- Confirm you have a stable connection (wifi or strong cellular signal).
- Tap Try again from the same screen.
- If the second try fails, close the app, reopen it, and try once more from the wallet.
There's no waiting period. You can retry as many times as you need to.
If it keeps failing
If you've retried a few times and the cashout still won't submit, send us a message. Tell us:
- The amount you were trying to cash out.
- The payout method you selected.
- Roughly when you tried (today, yesterday, etc.).
- Any error wording the app showed you.
That helps us look it up faster.
What about my balance?
Your balance is safe. A cashout that doesn't submit doesn't deduct anything. You'll see the same balance you had before you tapped.
