What "closer look" means
Every cashout runs through a quick check when you submit it. Most pass straight through. A few get held for a teammate to look at. This is a precaution, not a verdict.
While your cashout is in review, you can keep playing and earning as usual.
How long will it take?
Most clear inside 24 hours, often sooner. In rare cases it can take up to 48 hours.
You'll hear from us as soon as there's an update. The next message will be one of:
- A confirmation email with your redemption link, if the cashout is approved.
- A verification request, if we need a quick selfie or ID to confirm it's you.
- A note if the cashout couldn't be cleared this time.
What if it's been more than 48 hours?
Send us a message. Include the date of the cashout and the amount. That helps us find it faster.

- You don't need to resubmit the cashout.
- You don't need to send us screenshots while we're reviewing.
- You don't need to do anything in the app right now. We'll let you know if we do need something from you.
