Check your withdrawal status in the app's transaction/payout history. If it shows 'Processing/Pending,' it's still in progress. Wait until the stated processing window completes. Standard processing can take up to 24-72 hours depending on volume and verification needs. If two withdrawals were submitted the same day, they may complete at different times as each is processed independently.
If processing is taking longer than expected and we asked you to verify your identity, the verification email should already be in your inbox. If you can't find it, check spam, promotions, and any filtered folders. Withdrawals can't be released until verification is complete.
If it remains pending beyond the stated timeframe and verification is complete, contact support with the withdrawal ID and submission date/time.
