Each cashout passes through a few statuses before the money is on its way to you. Here's what each one means.
Submitted
You tapped Cash out and the request went through. Most cashouts move on from this status within minutes.
Pending
The cashout is in our quick review. Most clear in minutes or a couple of hours. A small number get a closer look from our team. Your balance is safe the whole time.
Needs verification
We need to confirm it's you before we can send the money. You'll see a message asking for a quick selfie, sometimes with an ID. Once you complete the check, the cashout moves on to Approved or Not approved.
In review
Your cashout is getting a closer look from our team. Most clear inside 24 hours, often sooner. In rare cases it can take up to 48 hours. Your balance is safe and there's nothing you need to do.
Approved
The cashout cleared. We've sent you a confirmation email with your redemption link. Tap the link to claim the money through PayPal or your selected payout method.
Not approved
A security check decided not to clear this cashout. Your balance is safe. You can still play and earn. If you think this was a mistake, send us a message and we'll get a teammate to take another look.
Sent
Your redemption link has been delivered. From here, the rest is on the payout side (PayPal, gift card provider, etc.). If you tapped the link and the money hasn't arrived yet, give it a little time. Some payout methods take a few minutes; others can take up to a few business days on the provider's side.
If your status hasn't moved in a while
- Pending or In review for more than 48 hours: send us a message with the cashout date and amount.
- Approved but no email yet: check your spam or junk folder; resend from the wallet if needed.
- Sent but no money: see "How can I claim my withdrawal?" for next steps.
