If your reward shows as rejected, here are the most common reasons and what you can do about it.
Why rewards get rejected
- The milestone time window expired. Most offers have a deadline. Higher-value milestones, like Turbo offers, also tend to have tighter windows. If the milestone wasn't completed before the deadline, the reward is rejected.
- The game studio sent a correction. Game studios occasionally report back that a milestone we credited as in-progress wasn't actually achieved on their end. When that happens, the reward is reversed.
Can I appeal a rejection?
Yes, all rejection appeals go through our support team. There is no self-service path. Share these details so we can investigate:
- The game name and the specific milestone or level.
- A short screen recording showing your progress and the date it was completed.
- Your in-game player ID, if the game uses one (some do, some don't).
Don't wait too long
Appeals are more likely to succeed when the data is still fresh. The longer you wait, the harder it gets to verify with the game studio. If you think a rejection is incorrect, send the appeal as soon as you can.
